• Collaborator info: invited user emails.
• Analytics & usage data: app usage, clicks, performance (for improvement).
• (Future) Payment data is handled by Stripe/Razorpay, not stored by us.

2. How We Use It

• To provide, maintain, and improve Listly.
• To share items and updates with your chosen collaborators.
• To notify you about contributions, updates, or product changes (opt-out anytime).

3. Sharing of Data

• With trusted providers (e.g., Convex for storage, Stripe/Razorpay for payments).
• With analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for improving features.
• Never sold to advertisers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• You can delete your account anytime.

• Collaborator emails are used only for invitations and are not added to a marketing list.

• Listly is not intended for children under 13.
• Users under 18 need parental consent for paid features.
